The Pick-Up We will weigh and bag the laundry at your door. Regular customers will have a laundry container that can be prepared in advance. If you have special laundry instructions, please advise us of issues i.e. stained items, special washables , garments to be hung, etc.

Your laundry will be labeled and handled separately from anyone else's. It will be washed , dried and folded uniformerly. Any stains you've pointed out or we catch will be treated. We will handle your clothes with care and respect.
The Delivery
We will return your freshly folded laundry within 24-48 hours, or as scheduled
Within a day or two our representative will contact you and inquire about your satisfaction.
